1. Wholesale Eligibility

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retail businesses. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in [CAD or USD] depending on your region.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice.

• Payment is required at checkout unless other arrangements are made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship within 1–3 business days.

• We ship to Canada and the U.S.

• Shipping times may vary by location.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Report damaged or incorrect items within 5 business days.

• All returns must be pre-approved and in original condition.

• Returns of closeout items are subject to an 18% restocking fee.                              

• Custom or final-sale items are not returnable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and product designs are owned by RNB Jewellery. Use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

RNB Jewellery is not responsible for indirect damages, including loss of profit or delays. Our liability is limited to the order value.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
